Maintaining safe operations during the coronavirus outbreak
In response to guidance around the coronavirus pandemic, we have put several measures in place
to reduce the risks to our team members and customers.

We recommend that you only visit us if it is essential to do so
If it is essential to come to site, please call us from the car park to discuss your requirements
If you need to see a member of staff, please maintain social distancing principles, and keep
two metres apart
Please understand that if our team maintain their distance, they are doing so to protect you
and our team
We will also avoid shaking hands (although it feels strange to do so!)
Your vehicle will have been handled with the utmost care and as part of our courtesy clean
offering we will pay extra attention to wiping down internal surfaces, handles and doors
We strongly recommend that you take similar precautions and wipe your vehicle down upon
All delivery drivers have been asked to maintain a ‘no contact’ approach while on site and to keep at least two metres apart from those around them
They are also asked to keep time on site to a minimum, carrying out essential work and
leaving site as soon as possible
Our teams have been fully briefed on the latest government guidance for minimising the
spread of coronavirus
Inside our sites, we are maintaining social distancing in the body shop, at desks and in recreational areas
We have provided additional cleaning and sanitising products and have put a process in place to ensure that everyone is regularly washing hands and using their own food utensils
All our employees have been fully briefed on the need to self-isolate for a minimum of 14 days at the slightest sign of a cough or temperature
We are doing all that we can to minimise the impact of the virus on our business, our people and our customers and ensure that we are able to continue to provide a service to those who are relying on us to complete the job. The situation is changing day-by-day and we will endeavour to keep you informed, both onsite and through direct customer communications via email.
